1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of DynoMenu, including our website, free plugin, paid plugin features, updates, support, and related services.
By using DynoMenu or purchasing DynoMenu Pro, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the website, plugin, or paid services.
2. About DynoMenu
DynoMenu is a WordPress plugin that helps website owners create dynamic menus, including menus based on categories, posts, taxonomies, WooCommerce product categories, and related website structures.
DynoMenu may include both free and paid features.
3. Free and paid versions
DynoMenu may be offered in a free version and a paid Pro version.
The free version may include limited functionality. The Pro version may include additional features such as unlimited menus, advanced styling, conditional display logic, import/export, hide-from-menu controls, priority support, and other premium functionality as described on our website.
We may add, remove, or modify features over time.
4. Purchases, subscriptions, and licensing
Purchases of DynoMenu Pro are processed through Freemius, our third-party checkout, licensing, and software delivery provider.
By purchasing DynoMenu Pro, you may also be subject to Freemius’ applicable terms, privacy policy, checkout terms, payment processor terms, and subscription terms.
Your license may be limited by the selected plan, such as 1 site, 5 sites, or unlimited sites.
A valid license may be required to access Pro features, receive updates, and receive priority support.
5. Payments and renewals
Prices are displayed on the website or checkout page before purchase.
Unless stated otherwise, paid licenses may renew automatically according to the billing period shown at checkout.
You are responsible for keeping your payment and billing details accurate and up to date.
We may change pricing or plans in the future, but changes will not affect already-paid subscription periods unless otherwise stated or required by law.
6. Refunds
Refunds may be handled through Freemius and are subject to the refund policy displayed at checkout or communicated through Freemius.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at hey@dynomenu.com or use the relevant Freemius purchase/support flow.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, repeated refund requests, or where the refund period has expired, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
7. License restrictions
You may not:
- resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share your license key;
- use DynoMenu for illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes;
- attempt to bypass licensing, payment, or access controls;
- reverse engineer, copy, or modify protected parts of the plugin except where allowed by applicable open-source license terms;
- use DynoMenu in a way that damages our systems, Freemius, other users, or third-party services.
8. WordPress and third-party compatibility
DynoMenu is built for WordPress. Compatibility may depend on your WordPress version, theme, plugins, hosting environment, PHP version, WooCommerce configuration, caching setup, and custom code.
We aim to keep DynoMenu compatible with common WordPress setups, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every theme, plugin, page builder, hosting provider, or custom website configuration.
You are responsible for testing DynoMenu on your own website, preferably in a staging environment before using it on a live production site.
9. Support
Support may be provided by email, documentation, or other support channels.
Pro users may receive priority support depending on the plan purchased.
Support does not include custom development, custom styling, third-party plugin fixes, server administration, theme customization, or guaranteed resolution of conflicts caused by third-party software.
10. Updates
We may provide updates for bug fixes, security improvements, compatibility, and new features.
A valid license may be required to receive Pro updates.
We do not guarantee that any specific feature will remain available forever or that updates will support outdated versions of WordPress, PHP, WooCommerce, browsers, themes, or other third-party software.
11. User responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- maintaining your WordPress website;
- backing up your website before installing or updating plugins;
- keeping WordPress, themes, plugins, and hosting software up to date;
- ensuring your use of DynoMenu complies with applicable laws;
- ensuring menus, links, categories, content, and settings configured through DynoMenu are accurate and lawful.
12. Intellectual property
DynoMenu, including its branding, design, website content, documentation, logos, and proprietary materials, belongs to Seal Digital or its licensors.
WordPress, WooCommerce, and other third-party names or trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
13. Disclaimer
DynoMenu is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that DynoMenu will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every environment, or suitable for every specific purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, website downtime, business interruption, or reputational damage.
Our total liability for any claim related to DynoMenu will not exceed the amount you paid for DynoMenu in the 12 months before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Pro features, licenses, updates, or support if you breach these Terms, misuse the product, engage in fraud, or violate applicable law.
You may stop using DynoMenu at any time.
Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless required by applicable law or the applicable refund policy.
16. Privacy
Your use of DynoMenu is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Purchases and licensing may involve Freemius, whose own privacy and data processing terms may also apply.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of DynoMenu after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Poland, unless applicable law requires another jurisdiction.
